This is a candle vase with an LED tea light included. The base is made of plaster. The base is painted with acrylic paint and sealed with decoupage. To finish it off it has a rhinestone look ribbon around the base. The bottom has felt on it. The vase has the POW*MIA logo on it in vinyl and is coated with modge podge and glitter.
